Your Guide In Mediation
Resolution Mediation was founded by Brynne Gant, an accomplished attorney with a deep commitment to helping Colorado families find peace and resolution in difficult times. As a subsidiary of Gant Law, we bring a wealth of legal knowledge and experience to every case, helping parties truly weigh the likely outcomes of failing to resolve outside of court and helping every partitipant explore effective solutions that will save them time, money, and stress.
We believe in the power of dialogue and mutual understanding and aim to provide a safe and neutral environment where all parties can express their perspectives and work toward a fair outcome.
Family
We assist with resolving issues related to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and more, helping families find amicable solutions that will keep them out of court. Our approach is grounded in understanding the whole person and situation, ensuring long-term positive outcomes.
Probate & Trust
Our mediator is experienced in all aspects of estate disputes: from drafting to administering to litigation, Ms. Gant has handled many situations and can guide parties to fair and equitable agreements in light of likely court outcomes. We recognize the emotional and financial complexities involved in estate disputes and work diligently to resolve these matters with care.
Protective
We provide mediation services for cases involving powers of attorney, long-term care planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and everythign inbetween. Our goal is to help you achieve resolutions that protect and respect the needs of your loved ones: the vulnerable individuals involved.
What is mediation?
Mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral person—the mediator—helps disputing parties reach a mutually-acceptable agreement so they can avoid the mental, financial, and emotional costs of having to try an issue in court.
How long does mediation take?
The length of mediation depends on the complexity of the issues and the willingness of the parties to cooperate. Some cases can be resolved in a matter of hours, while others may take longer.
Is mediation confidential?
Yes, mediation is a confidential process. All discussions and agreements are private and not disclosed to anyone outside the mediation process. This allows everyone to really explore options without being held to those ideas if a resolution cannot be reached.
