Virtual Mediation
Full Day - $1000 per party
Partial Day - $350 per party
In-Person Mediation
Full Day - $1200 per party
Partial Day - $400 per party
Full-Day Mediation includes up to two (2) hours of pre-mediation review, up to eight (8) hours of mediation, and up to one (1) hour of post-mediation follow-up. Additional time beyond that is billed at $275 per hour, to be divided equally between the parties.
Partial-Day Mediation includes up to one (1) hour of pre-mediation review, up to three (3) hours of mediation, and up to 30 minutes of post-mediation follow-up. Additional time beyond that is billed at $275 per hour, to be divided equally between the parties.
Travel
In-person meetings are expected to take place in Greeley, either at our facility or at the courthouse. For locations outside of these areas, a fee of $150 per hour will be charged, along with all travel expenses. These costs will be equally divided between the parties and estimated and billed prior to the mediation session.
Facility Fee
No additional fees will be charged for mediations conducted at the mediator's office. For mediations held outside of the mediator's office, the parties are responsible for covering all facility expenses.
Cancellation
Once a mediation session is scheduled and notices have been sent out, cancellations are subject to the following policy:
No cancellation fee will be charged if the mediation is canceled at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If the mediation is canceled within seven days of the scheduled date, a fee equal to 50% of the session rate per party will be charged.
The mediator has the discretion to waive the cancellation fee for reasons such as medical emergencies, court interventions, or other events beyond the control of the parties involved.
If a mediation is canceled to be rescheduled and the mediator waives the rescheduling fee, but the session is not rescheduled or is canceled again for any reason, the entire fee will be due, and all deposits will be forfeited.
