Brynne Gant

Owner & Certified Mediator

Brynne has handled nearly 200 trials and contested hearings in her legal career. This experience is what allows her to help you think through what matters most to you in your mediation and what may happen in court if a resolution is not reached, so that you can find the solutions that work for you.

Brynne graduated magna cum laude from BYU with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate at the J. Reuben Clark law cshool in 2013 where she completed her first mediation training. Her knowledge of family dynamics in every stage is what sets her apart to expertly guide you through challenges such as divorce, custody disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, will contests, and more.

Brynne is a certified Colorado mediator and has been a practicing attorney in Colorado for over ten years. She has handled hundreds of cases involving complex disputes in family law, probate and estates, and protective proceedings.

Brynne understands that many people come to mediation feeling they won’t be able to work things out. She believes they can. It’s just a matter of helping each party truly understand the situation and feel empowered to reach a resolution.
